Well this year GÉANT joins the European Cyber Security month, an initiative launched by ENISA, EC DG CONNECT and a variety of partners to raise cyber security awareness across Europe. They have collaborated with organisations like Jisc and other establishments, to organise a fantastic calendar of activities throughout October. The themes for 2020 are: social engineering, phishing, ransomware and passwords. Useful information about each will be shared through top tips, case studies, articles and blogs.
It’s a fantastic opportunity to raise awareness and share good cyber security practices with colleagues, friends and family so do keep an eye on their Twitter account @Geantnews for updates.
